Policy updates
A dated record of every material change we make to our legal documents, newest first, so you never have to guess what moved or when.
How we handle changes
We may update these documents to reflect a change in the law, a change in how a service works, or a change in the providers we rely on. When a change materially affects your rights or obligations we tell you before it takes effect, by in app notice, by email where we have your address, or by a prominent notice on this website, and we give you at least 30 days notice unless a law or a security issue requires the change sooner.
Minor edits, such as fixing a typo, clarifying wording without changing meaning, or updating a contact detail, are made without notice and are still recorded below where they are worth recording. Continuing to use a service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated document. If you do not accept it, stop using the service and, where a subscription is affected, cancel it before the change takes effect.
Change log
Initial publication of the licence agreement, billing and refunds policy, age policy and data processing, alongside the existing privacy, terms, disclaimer, cookies, subprocessors, legal notice and accessibility documents.
Asking for an earlier version
We keep a copy of every superseded version of each document. If you need the text that was in force on a particular date, for a dispute, an audit or a records request, write to hello@15xlabs.com with the subject line "Archived policy" and tell us the document and the date. We will send it back as a dated copy at no charge.
