We are registered in India. Where a value added tax, goods and services tax, or equivalent registration number is required for a transaction with you, it is shown on the invoice issued for that transaction by the relevant app store, which acts as merchant of record for consumer purchases in most territories.

• We are not obliged, and are not willing, to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
• Consumers in the European Union may raise complaints through the relevant national consumer authority.
• Most purchase disputes are handled directly by Apple or Google, who are the merchant of record for in app purchases.

The competent courts at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction and shall be the exclusive venue, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection based on venue or inconvenient forum. To the fullest extent the law allows, disputes must be brought individually, and class, collective, consolidated and representative proceedings are waived. Nothing here prevents us from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court to protect our intellectual property or to stop unauthorised use of the Services. If you are a consumer resident in a country whose mandatory law does not permit this choice of court, that law prevails to that limited extent, and only to that extent, so you keep any right you have to bring proceedings where you live and to the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that place.
