Some features use artificial intelligence or automated systems to generate content, suggestions, summaries, scores or images. You are interacting with an automated system, not a human professional, and where content is machine generated we label it as such. Model output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased or confidently wrong. It is not reviewed by a professional before you see it, and you must verify anything important independently before relying on it.

AI features are decision support at most. They perform no diagnosis, no prescription, no legal determination and no investment decision, and they are not intended to be used as the sole basis for any decision that affects health, money, safety or legal standing. A human being, you or your professional adviser, remains responsible for every decision.

Where an app addresses health, symptoms, medication, clinical reference material or wellbeing, it is a general wellness and information tool. It is not a medical device, it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease, and it has not been evaluated or cleared by the United States Food and Drug Administration, the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, the European Medicines Agency, any EU notified body under the Medical Device Regulation, the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation in India, or any comparable authority.

Where a feature is offered to clinicians or other qualified professionals, it is a reference and productivity aid only. It does not replace clinical judgement, examination, local guidelines, formularies or the professional's own verification of doses, interactions and contraindications. The professional remains fully responsible for patient care and for compliance with their own regulatory and licensing obligations.

If you think you may have a medical emergency, stop using the app and contact your local emergency number or attend the nearest emergency department. Do not rely on any app to summon help.

Where an app helps you log or track medication, injections, dosing schedules, supplements, peptides, GLP-1 or other metabolic therapies, fasting, calories, macros or body metrics, it is a self-logging and reminder tool. It does not prescribe, does not recommend a dose, does not titrate, and does not confirm that anything you record is safe, legal, authentic or appropriate for you.

Only a licensed prescriber may start, change or stop a therapy. Substances that are prescription only, investigational, research use only or otherwise restricted in your country must not be used outside a lawful prescription and professional supervision. We do not encourage, endorse or facilitate the acquisition or use of any such substance, and we accept no responsibility for how you use anything you choose to log.

Reminders may fail, arrive late or not arrive at all because of device settings, operating system limits, battery optimisation or connectivity. Never rely on an app alone for a safety critical dose.

Where an app addresses skin, tanning, sun exposure, UV index, skin tone or appearance analysis, its output is an estimate based on general models and third party data, not a measurement of your individual risk. It does not detect, screen for or rule out skin cancer or any other condition, and no image analysis in our apps is a diagnostic assessment.

Ultraviolet exposure causes skin damage, premature ageing and skin cancer, and there is no safe level of intentional tanning. Follow the guidance of dermatologists and your national health authority, use appropriate protection, and have any new, changing or unusual lesion examined by a qualified clinician. People taking photosensitising medication, people with a personal or family history of skin cancer, and people with light skin types should be especially cautious.

Where an app analyses charts, price data, portfolios, tokens or market conditions, its output is general information and educational commentary only. It is not investment advice, not a personal recommendation, not a solicitation or offer to buy or sell any instrument, and it takes no account of your objectives, financial situation or needs.

We are not a registered investment adviser, broker dealer, research analyst or financial institution in any jurisdiction, and we are not registered with or authorised by the Securities and Exchange Board of India, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Conduct Authority, ESMA, ASIC or any comparable regulator. Apple and Google distribute our apps but do not create, review the substance of, endorse or warrant the content within them. Any issue with a purchase, refund or download made through their platforms is governed by their terms.

You use our Services voluntarily and you assume the risk of doing so. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the limitation of liability in our Terms of Service, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on material in our Services, including any health, financial, safety or legal consequence. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected, and nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

The competent courts at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction and shall be the exclusive venue, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection based on venue or inconvenient forum. To the fullest extent the law allows, disputes must be brought individually, and class, collective, consolidated and representative proceedings are waived. Nothing here prevents us from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court to protect our intellectual property or to stop unauthorised use of the Services. If you are a consumer resident in a country whose mandatory law does not permit this choice of court, that law prevails to that limited extent, and only to that extent, so you keep any right you have to bring proceedings where you live and to the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that place.
