你们为客户开发应用吗？
不。15X Labs 不是代理公司，也不承接外包项目。我们打造、发布并运营自己的消费级应用，拥有代码、设计、品牌与用户关系。
为什么网站上没有列出你们的应用？
这是刻意的选择。我们的产品身处变化极快的消费品类，因此我们让它们在 App Store 与 Google Play 上自己说话，而不是把路线图公开给想要复制的人。
如何获得应用支持？
发送邮件至 hello@15xlabs.com，请写明应用名称，如果可以，请附上设备与应用版本。支持页面说明了需要提供的信息与回复速度。
如何删除我的账号或数据？
凡是存在账号的应用都提供应用内删除，你也可以通过邮件请求删除。账号删除页面说明了两种方式与所需时间。
你们的产品创意从哪里来？
来自市场。我们研究品类数据、商店趋势以及人们已经在付费的东西，然后针对被验证的需求做出更锋利的产品。
