Do you build apps for clients?
No. 15X Labs is not an agency and does not take contract work. We build, publish and operate our own consumer apps, and we own the code, the design, the brand and the user relationship.
Why are your apps not listed on this website?
It is a deliberate choice. Our products compete in fast moving consumer categories, so we let them speak for themselves on the App Store and Google Play instead of publishing a roadmap for anyone who wants to copy it.
How do I get support for one of your apps?
Write to hello@15xlabs.com with the app name and, if you can, your device and app version. The support page explains what to include and how fast we reply.
How do I delete my account or my data?
Every app offers in app deletion where an account exists, and you can also request deletion by email. The account deletion page walks through both routes and the timelines involved.
Where do your product ideas come from?
From the market. We study category data, store trends and what people already pay for, then we build a sharper product for demand that is proven rather than guessing in a room.
