Are you raising right now?
We keep the door open to strategic conversations at all times, whether or not a formal round is live. If your thesis fits consumer apps and vibe coded studios, send a note and we will tell you honestly where we stand.
Will you share revenue, retention or MAU figures under NDA?
Yes, for serious counterparties. After a first call, we will exchange a mutual NDA and then share category level metrics for the relevant apps. We do not send blanket data rooms to cold intros.
Are you open to a full or partial acquisition?
Yes, for the right structure. We consider full acquisitions of individual apps, asset purchases and studio level conversations. Price, team continuity and roadmap freedom all matter to us.
Do you take strategic angel cheques or only institutional rounds?
Both. We work with operator angels who have shipped consumer apps at scale, and with institutional funds that understand the vibe coded, category led approach. Cheque size matters less than fit.
Can we distribute your apps in our region or store?
Possibly. We are open to regional distribution, carrier deals, OEM preloads and alternative app stores where the economics work and the user experience stays intact. Send the specifics.
Do you white label or license your apps?
Selectively. We license IP or offer white label builds when the partner brings meaningful distribution or a large captive audience. We do not do generic reskins.
What does your typical response timeline look like?
We aim to reply within two business days to enquiries that fit. If we are not the right counterparty right now, we will say so quickly rather than leave you waiting.
