Where an app offers accounts, it also offers in app deletion. Open the app, go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account, and confirm. The request is queued immediately and no further action is needed from you.

If you cannot find that option, or you no longer have the app installed, use the email route below. Both routes lead to the same result.

Send an email to hello@15xlabs.com from the address linked to your account, and include:

• The name of the app you used.
• The email address, username or account identifier you signed up with.
• Whether you want the account deleted, or only specific data erased.

We acknowledge every request and may ask one verification question to make sure the request genuinely comes from the account holder. We never ask for your password.

We action verified requests within 30 days of receiving them, and in most cases within a few business days. Backup copies are purged on their normal rotation, which completes within 90 days of the deletion.

• Your account record and login identifiers.
• Your profile information and any content you created in the app.
• Usage and preference data tied to your account or device identifier.
• Any push notification tokens and marketing contact records.

A small amount of data survives deletion, only where the law requires it or where we have an overriding legitimate interest:

• Transaction and tax records, retained for the period required by applicable financial and tax law.
• Records needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, retained for the relevant limitation period.
• Security, abuse and fraud prevention logs, retained in minimised form.
• Fully anonymised and aggregated statistics, which can no longer be linked back to you.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google and must be cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are also requested through the store, not through us.

Alongside deletion you may request access to, correction of, or a portable copy of your data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. See the Privacy Policy for the full list and for the regional rights that apply where you live. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

These matters, and any dispute, claim or proceeding arising out of or connected with them, whether contractual or non contractual, are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules. The competent courts at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction and shall be the exclusive venue, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection based on venue or inconvenient forum. To the fullest extent the law allows, disputes must be brought individually, and class, collective, consolidated and representative proceedings are waived. Nothing here prevents us from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court to protect our intellectual property or to stop unauthorised use of the Services. If you are a consumer resident in a country whose mandatory law does not permit this choice of court, that law prevails to that limited extent, and only to that extent, so you keep any right you have to bring proceedings where you live and to the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that place.
